Introduction to Sounder Sleep

An introduction to the Sounder Sleep System- a powerful method developed by Michael Krugman designed to train (retrain) us to enter into profound states of rest, and, when needed, into deeply restorative sleep.  

The method involves the use of small, simple movements, practiced slowly, with awareness, harmonized with the breath, that help to shift us from the yang states of being that many of us get stuck in, doing-doing-doing, going-going-going, on-on-on, into yin states, where our body-mind systems can begin to slooow down, relax into simply being, and allow for deep rest, healing, and growth occur.  This shift in our nervous system from excitatory into inhibitory states, enables us to access the deep treasures available in our sea of yin. It enables restorative, pleasurable sleep, and a more centered and satisfying experience of our wakeful life as well.
